Theresa is a licensed certified social worker (LCSW) with a strong educational background and extensive training in trauma-focused therapy. She received her BSW from Elms College and her MSW from Springfield College, where she specialized in trauma-informed care.



As an outpatient clinician with over a year of experience, Theresa has honed her skills and knowledge to become an effective therapist. She is well-versed in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), a specialized approach she has successfully implemented with numerous clients. Additionally, Theresa runs several therapy groups, including two focused on addiction recovery.

In her practice, Theresa draws upon a range of therapeutic modalities, including TF-CBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and group therapy. By tailoring treatment plans to each individual's unique needs, she aims to facilitate healing and growth.
