Jessica is a compassionate psychotherapist who brings her wealth of knowledge and empathy to support her clients as they navigate life’s challenges. Whether a client is seeking support through a tumultuous transition, relationship or family issues, work stress, anxiety, trauma, perinatal issues, or identity development, Jessica takes care to center the client as the expert of their own experience. In sessions, Jessica aims to strike a balance between unconditional support and thought-provoking questioning to empower clients to reflect and grow. She likes to approach her therapeutic relationships with warmth and a pinch of humor where appropriate to provide a space for clients to feel comfortable self-exploring.

Jessica trained in Neurobiology of Behavior at the University of Pennsylvania and Clinical Social Work at New York University. She brings her prior experience as a business consultant and operations specialist to her clinical work, where she worked on bringing virtual mental health solutions to university students and severely mentally ill populations across the US.

Although she customizes therapy to each client, Jessica’s approach is rooted in interpersonal psychotherapy and attachment theory. She also leverages evidence-based practices such as CBT and mindfulness concepts to help clients cope with anxiety. Beyond any modality, Jessica focuses on the power of building relationships to effect change, taking care to provide culturally-sensitive support to clients of all backgrounds.
