Requirements to Join Our Team
At Tri-State Psychotherapy Group, we seek dedicated and skilled therapists who are passionate about providing exceptional care. Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for a position:
• Licensure: Must be licensed as a Master’s level (LMSW or LCSW) or independently licensed therapist (LICSW or LCSW) in the state(s) where you intend to practice.
• Technology Skills: Must have a reliable internet connection and a computer. Proficiency with technology is essential for virtual therapy sessions, documentation, and communication.
• Workload: Must be able to conduct a minimum of 10 client sessions per week.
• Time Management: Strong time management skills are required. Therapists must check their work emails in the morning and evening during workdays to stay responsive due to the nature of the work.
• Professionalism: Commitment to client care, maintaining documentation deadlines, and active engagement with supervision and team communication.
