Sandra, LMSW, is a dedicated social worker who completed her training at the Silberman School of Social Work. Sandra has gained valuable experience through her roles in crisis counseling, case management, clinical coordination, hospital social work, and contributions to community-based non-profit organizations.


Specializing in a wide array of mental health issues, Sandra's expertise includes managing anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, eating disorders, stress, intergenerational trauma, and relationship struggles. She is known for her compassionate and curious approach in therapy, ensuring that each individual feels respected, heard, and supported. Sandra's therapeutic practices are grounded in anti-oppressive, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed principles, employing an integrative approach that incorporates holistic, relational, narrative, attachment-based, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strength-based, person-centered, somatic practices, and motivational interviewing.
