Danielle is a trauma-focused social worker with a master's degree in social work from Springfield College. She has experience working with families and individuals in a variety of settings, including mandated settings as well as with victims of sexual assault and domestic violence. Danielle's areas of expertise include trauma, PTSD, eating disorders, personality disorders, military, codependency, life transitions, intellectual disabilities, families/couples, anxiety, depression, self-harming behaviors, schizophrenia, and substance use and alcohol-related disorders. She has experience with a variety of treatment approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, and narrative therapy. Danielle believes in taking a humanistic approach to therapy and is committed to helping clients achieve a work-life balance. She is motivated to support her clients and believes that talking to someone who truly, deeply understands can help them feel like themselves again.
